Drop this list in favor of linux-pci?

Any objections to removing this list from MAINTAINERS and just pointing people 
at linux-pci@vger?  sf.net mailing lists aren't nearly as well run as vger, 
and I don't think we have enough traffic to justify splitting the lists 
anyway...
