[GIT PULL] parisc architecture fix for kernel v5.6

please pull one late patch for the parisc architecture for kernel 5.6 from:

  git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/deller/parisc-linux.git parisc-5.6-2

Fix a recursive loop when running "make ARCH=parisc defconfig".
