This is because we've now enabled the multiplatform support,
and you need to run mkimage manually as noted in the signed
tag omap-for-v3.9/multiplatform-enable-signed-v2.

We can't do that as then other multiplatform ARM architectures will
break. We should just disable make uImage for CONFIG_ARCH_MULTIPLATFORM
instead.
