[PATCH 09/10] usb: host: omap: ehci and ohci simplification

The ehci and ohci drivers are simplified; Since
UHH and TLL initialization, clock handling are
done by common usbhs core driver, these fucntionalities
are removed from ehci and ohci drivers.
