[PATCH 4/5] dspbridge: use CONFIG_OMAP_DSP_DEBUG for debug trace

Obviously nobody was using DSP_TRACEBUF_DISABLED, since it wasn't even
standarized between TRACEBUF and TRACE_BUF.
