Subject: [PATCH] DSPBRIDGE: replace sync_enter/leave_cs with mutexts or spinlocks

This patch replaces  sync_enter/leave_cs functions used before as
mutext with mutex_lock/unlock functions or with spin_lock/unlock in case of
small CS or removes them in case of they are not needed.
