Kevin,

usb_nop_xceiv_register() is defined at drivers/usb/otg/nop-usb-xceiv.c file
which gets compiled if CONFIG_NOP_USB_XCEIV=y.

I think you have enabled CONFIG_NOP_USB_XCEIV as module?
