That branch is now merged into the master branch for testing. The patch "ehci: portwise configurations" changed the usb_ehci_init() interface, but looks like it did not include the overo config.. Care to update your pending overo and beagle ehci patches for that? It might take a little while for the mirrors to get updated, as I just pushed the updated branches.
