I think we should completely remove legacy platform data for DSS like we did for SDMA. Maintaining multiple probe paths is going to be just too much of a pain in the long run. I'm estimating/hoping that updating omap2 and 3 DSS to probe without platform data will be just as easy as doing dts changes. So reasonably minimal effort, especially if this series works for the other SoCs like it should. Regards, Tony
