[PATCH] ARM: OMAP1: devices: configure omap1_spi100k only on OMAP7xx

Configure omap1_spi100k only on OMAP7xx. This allows running multiboard
kernels on non-OMAP7xx HW with CONFIG_SPI_OMAP_100K enabled.
