[RFC] ARM: dts: am3517 OPP info

Based on the contents of mach-omap3/opp3xx, there are 5
clock speeds for OMAP3430 which are different than 3630.

The Datasheet for the AM3517, however only shows the voltage
can be 1.2V.  This patch sets the 5 OPP options with all being
1.2V.
