This patch allows to test CPTS HW_TS_PUSH functionality on am335x boards
below sequence of commands will enable Timer7 to trigger 1sec
periodic pulses on CPTS HW4_TS_PUSH input pin:

# echo 500000000 > /sys/class/pwm/pwmchip0/pwm0/duty_cycle
# echo 1 > /sys/class/pwm/pwmchip0/pwm0/enable
