regulator: core: ramp_delay mandatory?

Hi Mark,

Mugunthan reported that there are non stop warnings:
"vdd_mpu: ramp_delay not set"

while testing am335x-boneblack on the latest mainline master with multi_v7_defconfig.

Which keeps uart busy and console useless.

I see that this warning got introduced with the following commit:

commit 73e705bf81ceb84b39ef9cf6ffb8d12ca0c58a23
Author: Matthias Kaehlcke <mka@xxxxxxxxxxxx>
Date: Wed Sep 14 09:52:08 2016 -0700

regulator: core: Add set_voltage_time op

Is this warning necessary or can we away with rdev_dbg instead if rdev_warn?
If warning is necessary then does it mean that ramp_delay is mandatory?

Regards,
Keerthy
