Make sure to tell the kernel that AM437x devices have ARM TWD timer.

[grygorii.strashko@xxxxxx: drop ARM Global timer selection, because
 it's incompatible with PM (cpuidle/cpufreq). So, it's unsafe to enable
 it unconditionally]
