A quick boot test on ES2 board looks good to me.

Note howerever that ES2 still doesn't boot off HEAD.  It needs the
flash patch from Rohit[1] which also changes the ethernet GPIO line
which is different between ES1 and ES2.  Maybe that GPIO line change
should be broken out into a separate patch and applied while the flash
stuff is still under review.
