Anna, when applying this patch, can you replace:

"The result is immediate failure of the new connection with the Receives
flushing with LOCAL_PROT_ERR."

with

"The result is immediate failure of the new connection with the first
unmapped Receive completing with LOCAL_PROT_ERR."
