Right, this would require pynfs tests.  If you don't think they'd be
that bad.  But if you don't want to do tests for each step I think
that's not the end of the world, up to you.

ok, thanks Bruce. I'll leave open state alone but don't do anything
with share reservation yet until patch 2.
