[PATCH 1/5] NFS: Don't set NFS_INO_DATA_INVAL_DEFER and NFS_INO_INVALID_DATA

NFS_INO_DATA_INVAL_DEFER and NFS_INO_INVALID_DATA should be considered
mutually exclusive.
