Hi Anna-

Here is the main floor show for the RPC/RDMA client-side transport
implementation, for v4.17, now that the pre-requisites are out of
the way. With PATCH 1/2 applied, per-RPC RT latency improves by
about three microseconds, a substantial benefit for small RPCs on
typical fabrics.

I have one more RPC/RDMA patch for v4.17 that is a recent fix. It
is waiting for linux-rdma review and maybe a Tested-by.
