[PATCH 1/2] Remove nsdb_display_fedfsconnectionsec()

This is a display helper function that is not needed in nfs-utils
because nfs-utils does not implement the FedFS ADMIN protocol (and
therefore does not need to display ADMIN protocol-related security
settings).
