[PATCH 07/14] NFS41: map NFS4ERR_LAYOUTUNAVAILABLE to ENODATA

Instead of mapping it to EIO that is a fatal error and
fails application. We'll go inband after getting
NFS4ERR_LAYOUTUNAVAILABLE.
