fh_verify turns out to be the expensive part, about three-fourths
of the latency of nfsd_open in my environment. It would be very
nice to reduce or eliminate this expense.

But this is with 4KB NFSv3 WRITE operations. As the payload size
increases, latency is dominated by how long it takes to move
the data on the network and other housekeeping I have yet to
look into. More to come.
