These patches add client support for the ALLOCATE and DEALLOCATE operations part of NFS v4.2, which are triggered by a vfs_fallocate() call. Changes in v4: - Use a single struct fallocate so code can be shared between both operations. - Return -EOPNOTSUPP if we detect that the file is not a regular file. - Call nfs_zap_caches() to invalidate cached size information (fixes xfstests generic/075, generic/091, generic/112, generic/127, generic/214, and generic/263) These patches and the corresponding server changes are available in the [fallocate] branch of git://git.linux-nfs.org/projects/anna/linux-nfs.git Questions?
