[PATCH v1 09/16] xprtrdma: Enable pad optimization

The Linux NFS/RDMA was rejecting NFSv3 WRITE requests when pad
optimization was enabled. That bug is now fixed

We can enable pad optimization, which helps performance and is
supported now by both Linux and Solaris servers.
