ANNOUNCE: nfs-utils-1.2.7 released.

New Features in this release:
   * The nfsdcld daemon was replaced by the nfsdcltrack (which is
     enabled by default)

   * FedFS support was added to mountd.

As well as the usual assorted bug fixes...
