[PATCH 17/25] SUNRPC: remove BUG_ONs checking RPCSVC_MAXPAGES

Replace two bounds checking BUG_ON() calls with WARN_ON_ONCE() and resetting
the requested size to RPCSVC_MAXPAGES.
