Warnings in fs/nfs/write.c and fs/nfs/pnfs.c

Hi Fred,

There is something weird going on with nfs_generic_pg_writepages(): if
the allocation of the nfs_write_header fails, you call
desc->pg_completion_ops->error_cleanup() on hdr->pages (before hdr is
initialised)... Shouldn't that be called on desc->pg_list?

Ditto issue with pnfs_generic_pg_writepages
