[PATCH] Cleanup XDR parsing for LAYOUTGET, GETDEVICEINFO

changes LAYOUTGET and GETDEVICEINFO XDR parsing to:
 - not use vmap, which doesn't work on incoherent archs
 - use xdr_stream parsing for all xdr
