Soft lockup with fstests on NFSv3 and NFSv4.0

Hi-

I've noticed that my nightly fstests runs have been hanging
for the past few days for the fs-current and fs-next and
linux-6.11.y kernels.

I checked in on one of the NFSv3 clients, and the console
had this, over and over (same with the NFSv4.0 client):
