Note that this is also what we'll have to do in the case of NFSv4 minor
version 0, when trying to get round the problem of applying SECINFO to
the root directory.

NFSv4.1 doesn't have that problem, since you are always allowed to do
"PUTROOTFH; SECINFO_NO_NAME"...
