Hi, I have complete access to both the NFS server and the Client machines. I would like to install some sort of monitoring program on both, that would report what files are most "intensely" used. The goal would be to optimize where I should put the most accessed files (whether it would be on a fast storage or a slow one), but for that I would first need to know which files those are! I would prefer knowing how much "total data" has been read from or written to these files... but i can compromise on that... Any ideas on how to do that? or how else I could achieve the same goal?
