Yes.  Also available as commits up to commit

 6a367577153a ("percpu/x86: enable strict percpu checks via named AS qualifiers")

in the mm-stable branch of the mm tree
(git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm#mm-stable) and
yesterday's linux-next tree.
