linux-next: build failure after merge of the tip tree

After merging the tip tree, today's linux-next build (x86_64 allmodconfig)
failed like this:


Caused by commit

  6c70d79f363c ("genirq: Get rid of global lock in irq_do_set_affinity()")

I have reverted that commit for today.
