and many, many more.

Bisected to commit

 b77cb9640f1f ("bits: introduce fixed-type genmasks")

I have reverted that commit (and the following 2) for today.

those commits were already removed from our branch due to those issues.
New fixed version of them should appear through the new bitmap tree
maintained by Yury.

Sorry for the noise they caused and thanks.
