DVB_CORE should not depend on MEDIA_SUPPORT. The patch that changed it was reverted: https://git.linuxtv.org/media_tree.git/commit/?id=9393d050c860a8f03f1e04d380653d23c7911c90 Yet, as we did a major rework at Kconfig, I don't doubt that some random config may still cause issues there.
