linux-next: build failure after merge of the pinctrl tree

After merging the pinctrl tree, today's linux-next build (arm
multi_v7_defconfig) failed like this:

Caused by commit

  13bec8d49bdf ("pinctrl: qcom: use scm_call to route GPIO irq to Apps")

I have reverted that commit for today.
