linux-next: build failure after merge of the rdma tree

After merging the rdma tree, today's linux-next build (x86_64
allmodconfig) failed like this:

Caused by commit

  bdcf26bf9b3a ("rdma/siw: network and RDMA core interface")

I have used the rdma tree from 20190628 again today.
