linux-next: build failure after merge of the tip tree

Hi all,

After merging the tip tree, today's linux-next build (arm
multi_v7_defconfig) failed like this:

/bin/bash: scripts/atomic/check-atomics.sh: No such file or directory

Caused by commit

  8d32588077bd ("locking/atomics: Check generated headers are up-to-date")

I build with O=
