Rather a $(srctree).  Please try the patch below.

Subject: [PATCH] kbuild: fix CONFIG_TRIM_UNUSED_KSYMS=y with a separate output  directory

This fixes the following:

/bin/sh: scripts/adjust_autoksyms.sh: No such file or directory
