linux-next: manual merge of the block tree with Linus' tree

Hi Jens,

Today's linux-next merge of the block tree got a conflict in:

  drivers/nvme/host/core.c

between commit:

  075790ebba4a ("NVMe: Use IDA for namespace disk naming")

from Linus' tree and commit:

  f4f0f63e6f01 ("nvme: fix drvdata setup for the nvme device")

from the block tree.

I fixed it up (see below) and can carry the fix as necessary (no action
is required).
