I fixed it up (see below) and can carry the fix as necessary (no action
is required).

Incidentally, 11276d53 ("locking/static_keys: Add a new static_key interface") breaks old-ish compilers (gcc version 4.4.4 20100503 (Red Hat 4.4.4-2) (GCC)):
