Subject: [PATCH] crypto: marvell/CESA: remove COMPILE_TEST dependency

The CESA driver calls phys_to_virt() which is not available on all
architectures.
Remove the depency on COMPILE_TEST to prevent building this driver on
non ARM architectures.
