After merging the scsi tree, today's linux-next build (x86_64
allmodconfig) failed like this:

Caused by commit 0e640c799103 ("Replace MAX_COMMAND_SIZE with BLK_MAX_CDB").
I have used the scsi tree from next-20150601 for today.
