After merging the final tree, today's linux-next build (powerpc
ppc44x_defconfig) failed like this:

include/linux/gpio/driver.h:85:14: error: its scope is only this definition or declaration, which is probably not what you want [-Werror]
Caused by commit 79a9becda894 ("gpiolib: export descriptor-based GPIO
interface") from the gpio tree.
I have applied this fix up patch for today:
