[PATCH -next] mtd: redwood depends on MTD_PARTITIONS

redwood uses add/del_mtd_partitions(), so it should depend on
MTD_PARTITIONS.

ERROR: "add_mtd_partitions" [drivers/mtd/maps/redwood.ko] undefined!
ERROR: "del_mtd_partitions" [drivers/mtd/maps/redwood.ko] undefined!
