linux-next: unable to fetch jc_docs tree

Hi Jonathan,

Fetching the jc_docs tree today gives me

git.lwn.net[0: 206.168.112.25]: errno=Connection timed out
fatal: unable to connect a socket (Connection timed out)

I will use the jc_docs tree from yesterday.
