Clear fstrim cache ?

Hi,

When I run fstrim command on some virtual machines, I can see there is
some cache of trimmed blocks.

It does not have any sense when using virtual machines (for example,
virtual disk can be moved without restarting guest).

Is there a way to reset or clear trimmed blocks cache used by fstrim
command ? For now, the only workaround is to restart guest.

Thanks.

Florent
