compiling X11 fails at makekeys

Dear All,

I am trying to compile X for omap5912-osk. i am following the steps given in:

http://oskfordummies.hp.infoseek.co.jp/howto/x-window.html

all the xlib- libraries are compiling till i reach the X11 library. i
am struck at this point for a month now. some one please help me out.
