Hi all, I'm still getting about 1 printout per second about martian packets on an ethernet interface. I tried disabling log_martians, but it seems to have no effect. I have the interface configured without an IP because it's used for bridging virtual machines. Thanks in advance for your help, Nicholas https://ntung.com > cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/conf/eth1/log_martians 0 > tail -f /var/log/messages Oct 24 15:31:36 ridge-inet2 kernel: martian source 192.168.1.108 from 192.168.2.23, on dev eth1 Oct 24 15:31:36 ridge-inet2 kernel: ll header: ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:00:1e:90:64:34:01:08:06 # ... > uname -a Linux ridge-inet2 2.6.27.29-0.1-default #1 SMP 2009-08-15 17:53:59 +0200 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux -- To unsubscribe from this list: send the line "unsubscribe linux-net" in the body of a message to majordomo@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx More majordomo info at http://vger.kernel.org/majordomo-info.html
