MobileBroadband devices needs to implement some kind of ethernet
emulation.
This is necessary as ppp uses to much overhead to reach the high
bandwidth
HSPA devices can provide. Still HSPA modems needs a tty channel for
controlling
the device as this is legacy requirement defined by GSM and 3GPP
specification.

So the control-plane for high speed MobileBroadband devices is a tty,
this is one major difference from usbX/ethX/wlanX devices.
I think that a new name is good to indicate that MobileBroadband devices
are diffrent in how they are setup.

Also it is good to have one name that dont implies the vendor name for
this type of devices.
